    Our free consultation gives us the opportunity to meet you and to get an idea of the works you want completed. This process takes up to an hour but it’s the most crucial part in order to get all the elements correct! We recommend a house visit but sometimes this can be done over the phone.

    Quotation

    Once we have all the details we can give you a cost! All projects are different in terms of the work required to ensure it gets passed through planning. Some require extensive planning and research, others a much more modern approach.

    Start Your Project!

    You have agreed to the plans and the cost. Now let’s get to work! We will do the footwork to give you the best chance of getting your plans approved. Once submitted, this can take 4-6 weeks. During that period we recommend we introduce you to up to 3 contractors which have our seal of approval!
